After yet another month of waiting without a refund, Kiss and Fly then requested a US address. When the customer explained their lack of connection to the US, they were completely ignored, ghosted, and left without their money.
This experience strongly suggests that Kiss and Fly is not a legitimate or trustworthy platform. It appears to operate as a scam, taking customers’ money, providing false assurances, and then creating insurmountable hurdles to prevent refunds.
